I’ve started baking the things I always think I will, but don’t ever seem to get round to. I have piles of bookmarked recipes waiting for the right occasion or the right amount of courage for me to attempt. Hopefully, by actually making some of these things, I will hone my amateur baking skills, whether it’s trying something new or perfecting a classic recipe. And of course, share some recipes with, well, my Mum… ☺
